How do we manufacture our products?
Quality and solid products are provided with the right R&D and supply work.
Our products are manufactured with huge efforts, including long-term research and trials after designs reach their maximum development potential.
In addition to this, we pay attention to sourcing the right materials and matching the right products with these. We supply our products from Turkey’s best leather, sole, and other sub-industry producers at the highest quality.
We never use materials in our products that have chemicals harmful to health. While supplying our materials, we make sure that the products have quality certificates and have passed chemical tests.
Our supplied leathers, each more colorful and special than the last, are cut by skilled hands using press and automatic cutting machines.
The cut leather is prepared to be sent to the sewing department, and if any, accessory and other print applications are carried out and sent to the relevant department.
In the sewing department known as the ‘sayacılık’ (upper-maker’s) in the Turkish shoe industry, leathers in different shapes are carefully sewn by machine after they are brought together according to certain templates.
The sewn product or ‘upper’ is then ready for the next stage.
The ‘uppers' from the sewing department are put into molds and their pre-assemblage and back-assemblage are carried out with the help of machines.
The ‘upper’ taking the form of the mold makes up the body part of the shoe, and after the sole is attached, the shoe nears its final state.
Durability is provided by our hot and cold shocking procedure, and the product taken out of the mold becomes a shoe.
After their assemblage, our shoes are then taken to the finishing department where final checks are performed.
Finally, our shoes are put into boxes to be sent to customers and wait at stores to be sold.
